For the first time in so many years we got a ice storm. The storm was so strong that it put out power and brought down trees and power lines. There were buildings and lives that were destroyed. The rain made some flooding in East Texas. Some schools have been shut down. The storm has made a lot damage to alot of poeple. From car crashes to houses being caved in. Comment me and tell me what you think about the winter storm.
Speech
President Bush has talked about sending more troops to Iraq to help out over there. I think that they shouldn’t because so many people have died. We have gotten some of the leaders already and there are still people over there.Tell me what you think and send me a comment.
Foreign Exchange Student
If I was a foreign exchange student I would go to France. In France they live a different way of life then here. I would like to see Paris and see the different buildings and taste the different kinds of foods. I think that it would also be cool to go over sea to a different country.

The hanging of Saddam is a huge thing right know. There are pictures and videos everywhere on the web and TV.There are man that have been arrested because of his death. Two of the guards that supervised Saddam’s hanging were arrested on Wednesday. They were arrested beacause they shot a video showing the daggling body of Saddam. I think that the hanging of Saddam affects everyone in a big way even if they don’t want it to. A question that is asked is will the hanging of Saddam cause problems in Iraq. So help me out by telling my what you think about the hanging and video tapes of Saddam.

should cell phones be allowed in school!
I think that cell phone should be allowed to be on at school for if there was an emergency at school, or if something comes up. I think that they should be turned off if there is a test during the class. So help me and tell me what you think about having cell phone in school.
Christmas Traditions
Christmas is my favorite holiday. At my house we have open our Christmas presents on Christmas Eve and then go to my grandma’s house. At Christmas Eve all of my family goes to my grandma’s house. While we are there we have a huge dinner and right before we open presents have a talent show. For the talent show we start with the youngest and go up to the oldest. For the show we do thing that we learned that year. My Aunt Diane always does the 12 days of Christmas and we all have a part in it. The guys all sing and, I mean like wow not the best choir if you know what I mean. To end the show my grandpa reads the Christmas story and then prays. When the show is over we all open presents. When it is time to go home, we go to Kansas to see my dads part of the family. We stay in Kansas for about 3to 4 days. In Kansas all most every year we teenagers have the tradition to play hide-seek at night. It is pretty funny the places that we find to hide. The Christmas in Kansas is kinda late but remember-able. Christmas is my favorite holiday because of all of the fun. So tell me about your Christmas Traditions.
World Hunger
I chose to do my current event on World Hunger because I think that it is important to know what is going on with other people. People are a dieing all the time because of hunger. There are children that will never live to become an teenager. Some of these people die because of what they eat. The food that they eat are things that you wouldn’t think about touching. World Hunger affects Kaufman I think because it shows us how other people suffer and why we do food drives. I think that if we knew more about the people that go hungry everyday and about the life that they live we would see how much different our life is from thiers.
